RESULTS IN CONTEXT

Understand what’s behind each evaluation.

Combine scores and comments to identify strengths, perception gaps and development opportunities.

Self-evaluation has its own place

The overall score uses evaluations from other people. Self-evaluation is displayed separately so you can compare both perspectives.

Perspectives by group

Explore feedback from managers, peers and direct reports, with visibility rules for groups below the configured minimum number of evaluators.

Perception gaps and consensus

Compare self-evaluation with other people’s feedback and see how closely their responses agree.

Context within your company

Compare results with department and company averages when reference data is available.

Progress across campaigns

Review a person’s evaluation history and use it as context for development conversations.

CONTROL YOUR DATA

Each company, managed separately.

Organize several companies from your account and manage each company’s information according to its needs.

Company-specific information

Keep employees, departments, templates and campaigns associated with their company.

Configurable visibility

Choose whether employees can view their results and comments. Configure the minimum evaluators per group and campaign anonymity.

Owner-controlled cleanup

Only the owner administrator can perform bulk cleanup. They select the scope, review the summary and confirm their password before permanent deletion.

Before your first campaign

What can I do with Eval360?

You can organize 360° evaluation campaigns, configure who evaluates whom, collect scores and comments, analyze individual results and record development plans.

Do evaluators need an account?

Not to respond through an invitation. Each evaluator receives personal evaluation links by email. Links expire and are invalidated when the evaluation is completed or its assignments are deleted.

How does anonymity work?

You can enable campaign anonymity and set a minimum number of evaluators per group. The analysis hides groups below that threshold; self-evaluation and the direct manager are exceptions. Employee access to results and comments is configured separately.

Can I import employees?

Yes. You can import XLSX, XLS or CSV files using the employee template and review errors in import history. You can also add and edit employees individually.

Can I reuse my evaluations?

You can save criteria templates for new campaigns. Each campaign retains its own participants, dates, settings and results, allowing you to review each person’s history.

Can I clean up a company’s data?

Yes. The owner administrator can delete results, campaigns, employees, departments and other selected data. Deleting employees includes their campaigns and results. A summary and password confirmation are required; deletion is permanent. The company, administrator access and other companies are preserved.

Start a better conversation about development.

Set up your company, define what to evaluate and organize your first 360° campaign with Eval360.
